Donna Dozier Gordon, Director, Diversity & Inclusion, United States Tennis Association
Donna Dozier Gordon is director of Diversity & Inclusion for the United States Tennis Association (USTA). In this capacity, she leads the USTA’s Supplier Diversity initiative as well as the Strategic Partnership and Business Resource Group (BRG) elements of its Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
Under Dozier Gordon’s leadership, USTA launched a series of supplier diversity showcase events to facilitate diverse supplier relationships and underscore the association’s commitment to grow its spend with diverse suppliers. She is also responsible for the launch of a Leadership Development Institute to support the career advancement and development of the leaders of USTA’s seven BRG’s.
Prior to joining the USTA, Dozier Gordon worked with Darden Restaurants where she held several positions of increasing responsibility. Among them, she established and managed Darden’s Supplier Diversity effort, led its purchasing liaison function, rolled out diversity training to the company’s more than 1,700 general managers and was also responsible for administration of the company’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold-certified headquarter facility.
She has also worked in the areas of diversity management, public and community relations for the Hotel Division of Cendant Corporation (now Wyndham Worldwide), Burson-Marsteller, The Rowland Company and the New York City Office of the Mayor.
Dozier Gordon earned her B.A. degree from Cornell University, her M.P.A. from the Wagner School at New York University and an M.B.A. from the Crummer Business School at Rollins College.

Gina Rizzi, President, ARCUS Marketing Group and Principal, Radius Sports Group, is a speaker and passionate advocate for helping businesses drive performance while positively impacting society and the environment. Founded in 2010, her firm works with leading Fortune 500 companies and sports organizations to elevate environmental, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement platforms. Under her leadership, AVIS launched its first Carbon Footprint Reporting Model for North America, ARCUS jointly released the first CSR report in golf, and Radius launched a partnership with PGA of America to elevate supplier inclusion. Rizzi held leadership roles at Avis Budget Group, 3M, and Time. She received her MBA, Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame, BA Advertising from Michigan State, Certificates in Sustainable Energy Management from Presidio Graduate School, GRI Sustainability Reporting, and Global Business Travel Sustainability Best Practices. She is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.
Michael W. Cooper, Ph.D., Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Outdoor America Images

Michael W. Cooper, Ph.D. is the Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Outdoor America Images (OAI), a print and visual branding company headquartered in Tampa, FL. He is also an educator at Springfield College-Tampa Bay, specializing in non-profit organizational development and management, and a longtime golf administrator with over 30 years of experience. His prior golf experiences include the Director of Diversity for the World Golf Foundation, Southeast Regional and Outreach Director for The First Tee national office, Executive Director for The First Tee of Tampa Bay, and Director of Tournament Operations for the Advocates Pro Tour. Currently, Dr. Cooper is the Chairman of the WE ARE GOLF Diversity Task Force, under the guidance and leadership of the World Golf Foundation, in St. Augustine, FL.
Jim Beatty, President, NCS International

Jim Beatty is President of NCS International, a site selection and economic development consulting firm located in Omaha, Nebraska. NCS works worldwide to develop strategic plans and industry analyses to attract corporate investment. NCS site selection consultancy includes call centers, customer service centers, back office operations and manufacturing. Beatty has worked on over 300 projects. Jim is a highly requested speaker on economic development in America. He writes for leading publications and has authored three books. Jim has been recognized by the Aspen Institute, National Congress on Community and Economic Development, Congressional Office of Technology Assessment, National Governors Association, National Rural Development Council, and the Ford Foundation. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal. Jim was named one of “North America’s Top 50 Site Consultants”. He recently launched Jim Beatty Golf Ventures, a golf management and promotions company.
